Original British WWII 14-Inch No. 14 X10 Trench Periscope by Ross Ltd. of London Water Jacket Assembly They sometimes crash-landed at nightOriginal item: Only One Available. Measuring 16 1 2 inches in length, this is a very nice WWII No. 14 trench periscope. In X 10 power, these were used to help view and plot attacks from behind cover, to avoid exposing oneself to danger. These were usually mounted on top of a tripod or other stand, and this example has the correct bottom fitting to attach to a mount. The top the periscope still has the manufacturers markings: PERISCOPE No. 14 (14 INCH)
