This pretty hat is embellished with lovely light colored roses and is in excellent condition! It was purchased at Meier and Frank Department Store in Portland, Oregon in the 1940's and is labeled a size 7 and 1 8 with a 22 inch circumference. The navy blue netting has no holes and is in excellent condition as well! Vintage
