Based on the French M1926 "Adrian" Helmet design, this is a very nice Peruvian Army Model of 1934 Steel Helmet. These were in use continuously from 1934 into the 1960s, and this example looks to be early production, and is definitely of some age. The helmet is very similar to the Adrian helmet it was based on, except that the shape of the comb is a bit more pronounced towards the rear. It even has the same double
