In copper gilt on bronze, measuring 36 mm in diameter, contact marks evident on both sides, along with scattered gilt loss overall, original ribbon suspended from a hanger inscribed "Seirbis" with pinback, better than very fine. Footnote: The Defence Forces Reserve Service Medal was instituted in June 1961 and awarded to members of An Frsa Cosanta itiil or An Slua Muir for seven years' service with
