Of multi piece construction in silver, silver gilt, and red, white, and blue enamels, the obverse consisting of a silver star with ten large rays with smaller rays inbetween the arms, with a five pointed textured star applied to the obverse with peaked rays inbetween the arms of the star, with a central silver gilt laurel wreath tied together at the base bearing a Yugoslavian
