Seidl, Anton - Signed Photograph with Music Quote 1896 Autographs Pianists 13 December 1928Hungarian conductor (1850 1898), who assisted Wagner with Der Ring and the first Bayreuth Festival in 1876; later in his life conducted at the Met Opera and the New York Philharmonic between 1891 and 1898. Beautiful cabinet photograph of the conductor, trimmed from a larger format, signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment and a 3 bar music quote from an unidentified piece.
