Constructed of blackened magnetic iron, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a central coat of arms of Schleswig Holstein, flanked by dates 1848 1849, unmarked, measuring 28. 67 mm (w) x 33. 00 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
