This is a very nice example of a genuine WWII "High Pressure" helmet liner by Westinghouse, which has Geneva Convention Red Cross markings applied for use by medical personnel. The Three Panel Red Crosses are applied decals, not hand painted, which indicates that this was quite possibly done either very late in WWII at the earliest. The liner shows signs of heavy usage with some of the surface chipping on the medics
