This helmet is heat lot stamped 25E which indicates the approximate manufacture date of January 1942

The bottom of the bowl has Christofle's stamping and hallmarks

It is maker marked on the underside of the pin by the hinge with Prsidialkanzlei des Fhrers Lieferant (Presidential Chancellery Supplier) number 20, which represents C. F. Zimmermann of Pforzheim. This is a very desirable maker of the EKI, and this is one of the few examples
