Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with Burgundy red piping, borders along both the top and bottom edges with red rayon tresses overlaid by machine embroidered gold bullion wire oak leaves, in turn situated within gold bullion wire borders, bearing a central white rayon disc overlaid by a multi piece black rayon swastika, with both the outer edge of the disc and arms of the
