The document states that in the name of the Higher Commander of the Flying Technical Schools, after successfully completing a training course from December 21, 1942 to March 16, 1943, Oberfeldwebel (Master Sergeant) Otto Rwer has completed the technical part of his exam to become a Planes (Master) Sergeant. It is dated to Berlin on March 16, 1943.
