It is dated to Berlin on July 1, 1817 and signed in black ink by King Friedrich Wilhelm III (1770 1840). 8 pages, measuring 223 mm (w) x 341 mm (h), presenting two folding creases, localised age related discolouration, and some fraying of the edges. Original wax seal is largely gone.
