Disporopsis pernyi Little Hulk Saruma argentea is a variety ofDisporopsis 'Little Hulk' is a 2022 Plant Delights JLBG introduction of a particularly large and vigorous form of the evergreen Disporopsis pernyi that we obtained from China in 1999. Our 20 year old patches have reached 8' in width, with stems that top out at 2' tall. As is typical with this species, the stalks are adorned in mid spring with small pendulous, fragrant white flowers. All Disporopsis pernyi forms make an incredible woodland groundcover.
