WW1. 1914 Star. Tilley. A.S.C. #sherborne written anticlockwise1914 Star (T 22397 L. Cpl F. P. Tilley. A. S. C.), very fine Frederick Percy Tilley was born in 1890, and he attested age 14 in 1904. He served overseas in France from 17 August 1914, in Transportation. He reached the rank of Sergeant by 6th June 1918. He was discharged on 31st March 1920 with traumatic catarrh and neurasthenia.
