Jackson Cannon Bar Knife Ball Marker Aluminum constructionA bar knife of superlative quality and function; developed by celebrated Boston mixologist Jackson Cannon bar director and owner of the Hawthorne cocktail lounge. Manufactured by R. Murphy knives, the high carbon stainless steel cutting blade is ground to precise razor sharp edge. The full tang knife construction is paired with a tropical cocobolo wood handle secured by three brass rivets. The knife blade features a squared off tip that works well for
