Constructed of silver and brass, consisting of a Cross Patte with a ribbed silver frame and a blackened brass core, the obverse with three central raised oak leaves, the six oclock arm with a raised reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse with an initial institution date of 1813 on the six oclock arm, the twelve oclock arm with an integral loop
