The blazer has pretty white satin and black velvet wide ribbons woven in the collar and flaps of the pockets. There are lovely black glass buttons and both the skirt and jacket are lined. This beautiful suit was made in Germany and is in excellent condition. This outfit is labeled a 38, and I estimate this to be a modern day US size 8, but please
