The blouse has a separate sash that can be tied into a knot or bow. This blouse has unique gold tone textured and ribbed buttons on the top of the collar and the cuffs of the sleeves. The button detail on the sleeve is similar to a menswear cufflink where the closure on either side of the button hole has a button. The center placket covers the
