Sawaya Matsumoto "Shuhari Omachi" Junmai Ginjo Sake ny beer This wine is made ofGolden color, green almond aroma that gives way to juicy flavors of fresh melon and peach, mild herbal notes to finish. Energetic and youthful in character with a light spritziness. Made entirely from heirloom Omachi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture that provides depth, texture and dark herbal shadings to the sake. Pairs well with soy braised vegetables, tuna steaks, cured mackerel.
