A very inky garnet in the glass, with even, long legs upon the swirl. It took an hour to open up and settle down, but when it did, enticing aromas of raspberry, kirsch, and frankincense wafted from the glass. Full bodied, the palate held fig jam, raspberry, black cherry, and some licorice on the aft palate. The finish was long, the fruit notes guided by leather and
