We have attached images of Cher wearing this coat on the set of Mermaids in 1990, and you can see her wearing that famous polka dot dress underneath. Santa Fe artisan and weaver Chris OConnell designed and created this wool coat for Cher, and even had it lined in black velvet. The coat has front pockets, large coin buttons and a shawl collar even the pockets are lined in velvet! O'Connel
