Trench equipment since the time enjoyed by our visiting Colonial cousins was so short having only decided to help in 1917

the M60 received the nickname "The Pig" due to its bulky size

designed to cover part of the dagger's handle

with a decorative gold colored fringe around the entire flag

To avoid being over run it was decided that quick firing Cannons shooting grapeshot type loads would be the best solution to counter mass infantry assaults

This is a very nice Army Officer's Dagger, produced by the firm Ernst Pack & Shne M. B. H. of Solingen. The grip is a pleasing lighter orange color being in nice condition. The original to the piece aluminum portepee is in place. Although the portepee shows some usage and age, it looks great on the dagger. The textbook Pack scabbard is matching toned, and is in good condition with silvering. The pebbled panels remain
